Thank you for shopping at Patrizy Store. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, because we operate with a local sourcing model and offer Payment on Delivery, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness to all customers.

1. The 24-Hour Return Window

You have exactly 24 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of Condition: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the item’s condition at the moment of receipt to prove it was not damaged while in your possession.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or newspapers).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (undergarments, earrings, etc.).

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Personal care items (opened cosmetics or creams).

4. Refund Process (Payment on Delivery)

Since your transaction is completed via Payment on Delivery:

  • If you reject an item at the point of delivery due to visible damage, no payment is required.

  • If you discover a fault within the 24-hour window after paying, you must contact info@patrizy.com.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer to your designated account or as Store Credit, at our discretion.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our local hubs. If you refuse an order at the door without a valid reason (damage), Patrizy Store reserves the right to blacklist your address from future orders.
